Product Overview
With the complexities of the new world of work comes constant change and turbulence. This may cause people to feel overwhelmed and cause them to lose energy and inhibit their performance. It ultimately results in slowing down a person's mental alertness, focus and physical performance. Even changes that seem positive, such as technological advancements or company growth, can take its toll on workers - thus the business - if organizations fail to manage the change or maintain strong health and safety standards. Leaders in changing organizations have a crucial responsibility to recognize when their worker’s energy, performance and wellness has dispersed and then take action to refocus it and help them manage fatigue.
Neuro-Link follows a very unique approach to fatigue management. We assess the 6 drivers that impact a person's brain performance and how it influences a person's neurological design. Neurological hindrances are identified and the risk for human error is determined. The individual is then equipped with skills that will help them neutralize their neurological hindrances and reduce their risk for error. Subsequently supervisors are also trained to understand the unique information processing styles of each team member and how to manage them towards the minimum risk of human error.
