Most people do not know how to gain knowledge thus making learning, retention and understanding a difficult process. Everything gets worse in stressful situations like when having problems in our jobs, our family or in school if we are that age. This is a very common situation since very few of us are taught how to learn. Under these circumstances, it is always necessary a product showing us the skills to improve learning results. We need to start thinking differently.

I agree Sergio, the knowledge gained from this course was something people should be taught from a young age. It is so important that it should almost be included in the school curriculum, I say this because if everyone knew how to maximise their learning abilities, know how the brain functions and what we as parents can do for our children and ourselves, the world would be a better place!
