MANAGING STRESS FOR MENTAL WELLNESS is a stress management programme from a brain-based perspective.  This two-day workshop empowers individuals to take positive measures to prevent their thoughts, moods, belief systems and emotions from influencing the body’s health and healing mechanisms negatively. If a person is experiencing difficulty with stress, feelings of burn-out, depression, or negative habitual emotions, this workshop is a must!  It was received with accolades by the international community at the 2001 IAL International Conference and Exhibition and is widely presented internationally. A condensed version of this workshop is also available on DVD.
