ACCREDITATION

An Organizational Climate Assessment was done at Zincor after Neuro-Link’s High Achiever Program. Zincor hoped to achieve a 3% improvement with this intervention.  An 8% result was achieved! At Sishen Iron Ore this program has been running for more than 7 years consecutively to “Fast Track” the development of supervisors into effective and successful leaders.
