1.  “COULD I LEARN TO OPERATE A NEURO-LINK PRACTITIONER LICENSE?”  

 

Neuro-Link requires that the person purchasing the License has the qualifications and qualities mentioned earlier. If you have the necessary qualifications and qualities, Neuro-Link would like to discuss its Licenses and products with you.

Previous experience is absolutely vital and management capabilities are a prerequisite for this venture.

Neuro-Link provides in total anything between 5 – 14 days initial training, depending on the license you purchase to learn to compile brain profiles and / or to present the appropriate training intervention.  After training, practitioners write a theoretical exam, complete an assignment and are practically evaluated before they are certified competent to use the License aquired.

 

2.  “WHAT DOES THE LICENSE AGREEMENT ENTAIL?”

 

The practitioner is Licensed to access and utilize some of Neuro-Link’s intellectual property (as discussed under “Licenses”) for financial gain.  However, all files, manuals, documentation, software and profiles stay the property of Neuro-Link.  Should a License Agreement between Neuro-Link and the Licensee be terminated, all the above should be returned to Neuro-Link.

 

3.  “WHERE DO I PURCHASE MY PROFILES?”

 

All profiles and training materials are electronically purchased in batches of 5 from Neuro-Link Global through e-mail at standard costs.

 

4. “CAN I PURCHASE A BRAIN PROFILE LICENSE APART FROM A TRAINING LICENSE?”

 

Yes you can purchase brain profile assessment licenses only, but it costs 20% more to purchase brain profile licenses and training licenses separately than one full license that consists of a brain profile assessment and training license.

 

5.  “WHAT DOES THE LICENSEE TRAINING INCLUDE?”

 

     •   License and marketing rights

     •   Training (5 – 14 days depending on the license you operate)

     •   Presentation and profile software

     •   Manual and appropriate personal brain profile

     •    5 x Free profiles to practise

 

6.  “WHAT IF I DECIDE TO SELL MY LICENSE AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME?”

 

Licenses are not transferable and therefore can not be sold to anyone.  Licenses can only be sold by Neuro-Link or representatives appointed by Neuro-Link to do so.

 

7.   “SHOULD I SEEK INDEPENDENT ADVICE BEFORE COMMITTING TO NEURO-LINK?”

 

Neuro-Link requires that it’s practitioners obtain competent legal advice before entering into the license documentation to ensure that licensees fully understand their obligations.

In addition, it is highly recommended by Neuro-Link that practitioners retain the services of a competent accountant.

 

8.  “IS INVESTING IN A LICENSE RISK FREE?”

The risk involved in participating in any reputable license system should be significantly less than the risk involved in proceeding in a similar business on your own account. In any business, risk exists and Neuro-Link cannot guarantee the turnover of a particular license or its profitability.

Our systems work very well, but only if properly managed and implemented by the practitioner/licensee.

 

9.  “WHY DO NEURO-LINK CHARGE A LICENSE FEE?”

 

    The license fee is in consideration of Neuro-Link establishing the business and in particular compensation  for :

    -  Profit for the licensor.

    -  The right to use specific Neuro-Link intellectual property.

    -  Provision of training and assistance prior to the initial start of the license.

    -  Supervision by Neuro-Link of utilizing the software and products.

    -  Continuous improvement of products and services.

 

10.  “WHAT ONGOING SERVICES DO NEURO-LINK RENDER?”

 

  • Ongoing development and improvement of assessments,  products and services

  • Volume buying arrangements.

  • Ongoing research of new and varied products.

  • Staff training and management assistance.

 

11.  “CAN I PURCHASE DIFFERENT LICENSES?”

 

After purchasing a license you can always upgrade your license by purchasing additional brain profiles or new training licenses, depending on your specific needs.

 * To upgrade your License, speak to a Neuro-Link representative.

 

12.  “WHY DOES THE COSTS IN THIS PROSPECTUS NOT INCLUDE TAXES?”

 

Tax money does not belong to Neuro-Link. The prospectus aims to indicate your actual costs.

 

13.  “CAN I PURCHASE ONLY 1 BRAIN PROFILE  ASSESSMENT AND 1 TRAINING MATERIAL PACK?”

 

No. All brain profile assessments and training packs are purchased in batches of 4. Every licensed practitioner is contractually bound to purchase at least one batch of 4 brain profile assessments every month.

 

14.  “CAN I PURCHASE PROFILES AND TRAINING PACKAGES SEPARATELY?”

 

Yes, but it is cheaper if you purchase the brain profiles and training materials together.

 

15.  “ IS THE LICENSE RESTRICTED TO A SPECIFIC AREA?”

 

It depends on the contractual agreement you have with Neuro-Link Global. Our Continental partners, Country/State partners are bound to the specific countries and regions contractually acquired. If you are an independent licensed practitioner that is not country / state or continental partner of Neuro-Link global,  you are free to work in any area in the country where you purchased your license, where new opportunities present themselves, as long as it does not infringe on any current dealings of practitioners in that  area.

 

16.  “CAN I APPOINT PEOPLE UNDER MY LICENSE TO WORK FOR ME?”

 

Yes. You have the right to appoint consultants who can work under your license. These consultants however cannot later function as an independent practitioner if they did not purchase their own license rights.  Neuro-Link allows for brain profile and learning course software to be loaded onto their computers, under your license. This means that a husband and wife or a practitioner and consultants can function under one license, but the rights will only be allocated to one person who is the licensee.

 

17.  “ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS INVOLVED?”

 

Yes, a compulsory annual conference and license renewal fee.

 

18.  “WHAT DOES THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NEURO-LINK ENTAIL?”

 

The Practitioner undertakes  to :

•    Work with Neuro-Link, not against – no conflict of interest.

•    Not work for competition

•    Maintain confidentiality about Neuro-Link intellectual property

•    Respect Neuro-Link’s brand, logo’s, intellectual property, copyrights and  patent rights

 

19.  “CAN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BE TERMINATED?”

 

Yes. Neuro-Link Global, the licensor and the practitioner mutually have the right to terminate the licens agreement. Conditions for termination are the following :  

•   Insolvency

•   Default

•   Sole discretion

•   Non-payment of financial obligations

•   Unethical business conduct

•   Inactive for more than 9 months

•   Not paying the annual license renewal fee

•   Not attending the annual yearly conference

•   Liaising with competition

•   Anything that causes conflict of interest.

 

20.  “ WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEING TERMINATED?”

 

•   Return all training materials, software, brain profiles etc.

•   Commissions will not be paid for longer than 6 months after expiration of license agreement

•   No new commissions after termination will be paid
